- 2. Motion 25-432, authorizing the Executive to sign the grant agreement between Snohomish County and Sound Foundation for Public Health
- 3. Motion 25-442, authorizing the Executive to sign the Agreement for Naloxone Distribution (Leave-Behind Program) between Snohomish County and City of Everett
- 4. Motion 25-464, authorizing the Executive to sign Amendment No. 3 with Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories, Inc. to provide laboratory services
