  55. 65 Heidi Beazizo, Council Chief of Staff, stated that the Council will convene into Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss a matter relating to pending litigation for an initial ten minutes. She indicated that there is no anticipated action to follow and any necessary extensions would be announced. At 9:32 a.m., Chair Nehring recessed the Council into Executive Session.
