- 79 At 9:13 a.m., Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated the Council has the need for an Executive Session for Labor Negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b). She said the estimated duration is 10 minutes to start with, any extensions would be announced in this Administrative Session, estimated return is 9:24 a.m. No anticipated action to follow.
