  15. 1) Piggyback Award Recommendation for Purchasing/County-wide use of a “piggyback” or “cooperative purchase” under SCC 3.04.220 utilizing a competitive bid process approved and awarded by the Office of Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for Passenger Vehicle and Box Truck Rentals on an “as-needed” basis for a proposed term of five (5) years for an estimated cumulative amount of $150,000.00 2026-0328 Approved
