77. 75 At 9:10 a.m., Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated the Council has the need for an Executive Session for Pending Litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). She said the estimated duration is 15 minutes to begin with, any extensions would be announced in this Administrative Session, no anticipated action to follow, and Council would be in Executive Session until 9:25 a.m.
