- 1) Ordinance 26-006, approving and authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to sign the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and East County Park and Recreation District for Phase I of Maltby Sports Park Project
- 2) Ordinance 26-007, relating to Growth Management; allowing reduced setbacks for covered parking structures from Road Elements in the Rural Village Housing Demonstration Program; adding new Section 30.41H.105 of the Snohomish County Code
- b. Approving the following Purchase Award Recommendation:
- 1) Bid Award Recommendation for Thomas’ Eddy Hydraulic Reconnection to Rodarte Construction for award amount of $6,926,370.00 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax
