- 1. Motion 26-170, approving Administrative Matters presented at General Legislative Session on April 15, 2026
- a. Approving the following Purchasing Award Recommendation:
- 1) Revised Piggyback Award Recommendation for Facilities and Fleet to expand the previous award to include additional Lawn & Ground Equipment Categories and Manufactures utilizing a competitive bid process approved and awarded by the Office of Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) with an increased estimated cumulative spend of $5,000,000 over five (5) years
- b. Receiving the following Report:
- 1) Health Department 2026 1st Quarter Report of executed consolidated contract amendments with Washington State Department of Health
- M. Executive Session(s):
- 1. Pending Litigation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) Prosecuting Attorney Jason Cummings

- 60 At 9:09 a.m., Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated the Council has the need for an Executive Session for Pending Litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). She said the estimated duration is five minutes which takes Council to 9:14 a.m. with action to follow.
- 62 At 9:14 a.m., Chair Dunn called the Council back to order.
- N. WALK ON
- 1. ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Low made a motion to authorize the Prosecuting Attorney or his designee to execute the necessary documents to join in the Multi District Litigation combined settlement and release related to the 6 Remnant Defendants: (1) Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (and American Associated Pharmacies), (2) J M Smith Corporation, (3) Morris and Dickson Co., L.L.C., (4) Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc., (5) North Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, Inc., and (6) United Natural Foods, Inc. (and SuperValu). Councilmember Nehring seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
