- 1. ORAL MOTION Councilmember Nehring made a motion for the Council to hereby approve and authorize the County Executive to execute the Claim Resolution Settlement Agreement between Timothy B. O’Hara, Snohomish County, and the City of Everett as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
