27. 22 Items d and e were re-assigned from Community Safety and Justice Committee to Committee of the Whole and without objection were moved to General Legislative Session June 10th for consideration.
28. 22 Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, provided a staff report. Chair Dunn spoke to both ordinances. Without objection Ordinance 26-023 was moved to General Legislative Session June 10th to set time and date for a public hearing. Ordinance 26-024 will remain and lapse in Committee of the Whole.
29. d. Motion 26-208, approving the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the Tulalip Tribes relating to jail services 2026-1169 Moved to the GLS Regular Agenda
