- 1. Motion 26-258, approving Administrative Matters presented at General Legislative Session on July 1, 2026
- a. Setting a public hearing date on August 12, 2026, at the hour of 10:30 a.m. to consider the following:
- 1) Ordinance 26-009, relating to the Snohomish County Transportation Benefit District; amending Chapter 2.85 SCC
- b. Approving the following Purchasing Award Recommendation:
- 1) Bid Award Recommendation for Licenses, Data Risk Management, to NumerikSoft, with an estimated spend of $130,000.00 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax for the initial five (5) year term
- 2) Piggyback Award Recommendation for Office Supplies, in accordance with the Council approved Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and DES, as authorized under Motion 24-232 for a proposed term of seven (7) years and an estimated spend of $350,000.00
