- 59 Chair Dunn announced a Walk-On Oral Motion for Council consideration.

- 62 ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Low made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve a settlement in the amount of $2,500,000 for the plaintiffs in Peggy Krause, et. al. v. Snohomish County, et al., United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, No. C25-130-RAJ, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
