- 1. Appointment of Marissa G. Baker as member, Labor Standards Advisory Commission, for a term to April 30, 2025.
- 2. Reappointment of Kristin Hawes as member, Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission, for a term to December 31, 2026.
- 3. AN ORDINANCE relating to recruitment and retention of police officers in the Seattle Police Department (SPD); transferring positions from Seattle Department of Human Resources (SDHR) to SPD; creating in SPD a recruitment and retention program; amending Ordinance 126955, which adopted the 2024 Budget; changing appropriations to various departments and budget control levels, and from various funds in the Budget; amending Section 4.08.070 of the Seattle Municipal Code; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.

AN ORDINANCE relating to app-based worker labor standards; establishing a new compensation scheme for app-based workers with minimum pay requirements and related standards for transparency and flexibility; and amending Sections 8.37.020, 8.37.050, 8.37.060, 8.37.070, 8.37.080, 8.37.100, 8.37.120, 8.37.125, 8.37.165, and 8.37.170 of the Seattle Municipal Code.
