1. 1 This meeting also constitutes a meeting of the City Council, provided that the meeting shall be conducted as a committee meeting under the Council Rules and Procedures, and Council action shall be limited to committee business.
2. 3 *** The purpose of this joint meeting is to receive the updated economic and revenue forecasts. This revenue forecast will serve as the basis for the 2025-2026 Adopted Budget - it will set the stage for the City Councils budget deliberations and determine the total resources to be appropriated through the City Council process. Members of the Economic and Revenue Forecast Council is composed of Council President Sara Nelson (member), Councilmember Dan Strauss (Chair), Mayors Chief of Staff and General Counsel Jeremy Racca (Vice-Chair), and Office of City Finance Director Jamie Carnell (member), and members will consider and possibly adopt the recommendations presented at this meeting. Members of the Select Budget Committee will participate in the meeting discussion.
