AN ORDINANCE relating to the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit); authorizing the Director of the Seattle Department of Transportation to execute an amendment to the "Agreement between the City of Seattle and Sound Transit for Grant of Non-Exclusive Use of a Light Rail Transit Way as related to the Link Light Rail Transit Project" to reflect the approved alignment and light rail transit facilities for the Link Light Rail Transit Project, including addition of the West Seattle Link Extension; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. AN ORDINANCE relating to Seattle Public Utilities; authorizing a direct sale of real property identified in King County records as parcel 162206-9049-04, a portion of Lake Youngs Aqueduct Right-of-Way in King County, Washington to Sherrell Development LLC, establishing the fair market value for said parcel; and authorizing the General Manager/CEO of Seattle Public Utilities to execute all documents and take other necessary actions to complete the sale of the property; designating the proceeds from the sale; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.
