1. 1 NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM Notice is hereby given that a possible quorum of the Seattle City Council or Committee Members may be in attendance at the Council welcome reception that is tentatively scheduled for the Appointee selected to fill the City Council District 5 position. There is no business anticipated to take place by the City Council. The City Council is meeting at 9:30 a.m. on July 28, 2025, to appoint a nominee to fill the vacant City Council District 5 position. This reception will take place if an appointment is made by the City Council. If an appointment is not made at the July 28 meeting, this event will be cancelled.
