Details on how to register for Public Comment are listed below: Remote Public Comment - Register online to speak during the Public Comment period at https://www.seattle.gov/council/committees/public-comment. Online registration to speak will begin one hour before the meeting start time, and registration will end at the conclusion of the Public Comment period during the meeting. In-Person Public Comment - Register to speak on the public comment sign-up sheet located inside Council Chambers at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time. Registration will end at the conclusion of the Public Comment period during the meeting. AN ORDINANCE relating to residential property transactions; requiring certain disclosures to owners before presenting an offer to purchase a residential property; establishing consumer protections for owners of solicited residential property; and adding a new Chapter 6.610 to the Seattle Municipal Code. AN ORDINANCE relating to historic preservation; imposing controls upon Tolliver Temple Church of God in Christ, a landmark designated by the Landmarks Preservation Board under Chapter 25.12 of the Seattle Municipal Code, and adding it to the Table of Historical Landmarks contained in Chapter 25.32 of the Seattle Municipal Code. AN ORDINANCE relating to Seattle Public Utilities; updating side sewer regulations to conform to current standards, clarify existing requirements, allow side sewer fees to be created by Director’s Rule, and update definitions; renumbering existing subsections 21.16.240.B and 21.16.240.C of the Seattle Municipal Code as Section 21.16.241 and further amending the section; amending Sections 21.16.030, 21.16.040, 21.16.070, 21.16.077, 21.16.140, 21.16.240, and 21.16.270 of the Seattle Municipal Code; renumbering existing and repealing Sections 21.16.071 and 21.16.350 of the Seattle Municipal Code; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.
