1. 1 Police Department recommends approval of a Memorandum of Agreement between with the King County Sheriff’s Office for use of NIBIN – National Integrated Ballistic Information Network technology which grants Renton Investigators timely, expedient ballistic results, ensuring swifter service to victims of gun violence. 2. 2 Police Department requests that the Council referral to the Administration on the question of whether the City should adopt an ordinance restricting federal immigration enforcement activity on City property be referred to the Public Safety Committee for further policy development. 3. 3 Police Department recommends adoption of an ordinance adding a new Section 6.34 to the Renton Municipal Code titled Public Property Use, Camping, and Trespass. Refer to Public Safety Committee
