1. 1 Community & Economic Development Department – Economic Development Division submits a request for the Arts & Culture Master Plan Update to be reviewed by the Planning Commission. After the review is complete, staff will provide the Planning Commission recommendation to the Planning & Development Committee for further review and action. 2. 2 Community & Economic Development Department – Planning Division recommends continued pooling of SHB 1406 sales tax credit funds with South King Housing and Homeless Partners (SKHHP) under the existing interlocal agreement, and to provide updates if there are changes to the SKHHP organization that might cause reconsideration of pooling the funds in the future. Refer to Planning & Development Committee
3. 3 Community and Economic Development Department – Planning Division submits additional items to the 2026 Title IV Docket #21 and new work items to the division’s 2026 Work Plan. Refer to Planning Commission and Planning & Development Committee
