5. 8 a) Resolution No. 4583: A Resolution of the City of Renton, Washington, authorizing The Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an interlocal agreement with the City of Kent for the purpose of assisting the Renton Police Department with security and police services for the 2026 FIFA World Cup entitled 2026 FIFA World Cup Mutual Aid Interlocal Agreement (See Item 6.l)
