- 1 The King County Flood Control District Executive Committee will be holding a Hybrid Meeting. You may attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers (Room 1001, 516 3rd Avenue in Seattle), or through remote access. The Flood Control District values community input and looks forward to hearing from you. HOW TO PROVIDE PUBLIC TESTIMONY: There are four ways to provide public testimony: 1. In person: You may attend the meeting in person in the King County Courthouse Council Chambers. 2.
