Pursuant to K.C.C. 1.24.035 A. and F., this meeting is also noticed as a meeting of the Metropolitan King County Council, whose agenda is limited to the committee business. In this meeting only the rules and procedures applicable to committees apply and not those applicable to full council meetings. - 7 AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to sign an agreement between King County, a political subdivision of the state of Washington, and the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, a regional transit authority organized under the laws of the state of Washington, regarding the operation and maintenance of the portion of the Downtown Redmond Link Extension that is within King County property.
- 8 AN ORDINANCE relating to the Lower Duwamish Waterway cleanup and authorizing the King County executive to sign and fulfill the obligations in the Consent Decree with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Washington state Department of Ecology and the associated multiparty Settlements to govern the cleanup of sediment contamination at the Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund Site and address King County and other parties' roles, contributions, and obligations for cleanup.
