Resolution authorizing execution of an Interlocal Agreement for the Eastside Climate Partnership with the Cities of Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, and Mercer Island to support collaborative climate action. The executed agreement shall be substantially in the form of the agreement in the Council Library.
