Ordinance 1) amending the 2023-2024 General Capital Investment Program (CIP) Fund to increase the appropriation by $165,000 with funds donated by the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society (BBGS) from the Tateuchi Foundation; and 2) amending the 2023-2029 CIP Plan to increase the budget for the Bellevue Botanical Garden Development (CIP Plan No. P-AD-113) by $165,000 for construction of a pavilion at the Bellevue Botanical Garden.
