Ordinance (1) accepting $115,000 from the Bellevue Police Foundation to support recruiting efforts; (2) amending Ordinance 6698, adopted November 21, 2022, as previously amended, to increase the appropriation to the 2023-2024 Operating Grants, Donations, and Special Reserves Fund in the amount of $115,000; (3) appropriating the unanticipated grant revenues to that fund; and (4) authorizing expenditures of said grant funds for recruiting services.
