Public Hearing and action on Ordinance amending the City of Bellevue Land Use Code responding to the state termination of the East Bellevue Community Council, which will terminate as a matter of law on July 9, 2022; amending chapters 20.10, 20.20, 20.25, 20.30, 20.35, 20.40, 20.45A, 20.45B, and 20.50 of the Land Use Code to remove references to the East Bellevue Community Council and effectuate certain land use code provisions; providing for severability; and establishing an effective date.
