Ordinance (1) adopting the 2021 Affordable and Supportive Housing Capital Funding Recommendations; (2) authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the LifeWire - Hope Starts Here (HSH) project, in an amount not to exceed $1,600,000, which funds are derived from revenues collected under RCW 82.14.530 and reserved for capital projects, all as recommended in the 2021 Affordable and Supportive Housing Capital Funding Recommendations; and (3) amending the 2021-2022 Housing Fund to increase the appropriation by $1,600,000.
