11. 6 Prior to the meeting adjourning, Council Chief of Staff LaTesha Holmes introduced Joseph Lowery, the city’s newly appointed Civilian Review Board (CRB) manager, who addressed Council and stated that he was honored to oversee the initiatives of the CRB board. Councilor Cynthia Newbille recognized and thanked City Clerk Candice Reid for her 10 years of city service. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:11 p.m.
