  8. 8 Council President Kristen Nye called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. and presided.
  9. 9 Chamber Emergency Evacuation Announcement
  10. 10 Upon the President’s request, Council Management Analyst Lisa Braxton provided information on the appropriate manner in which the Council Chamber is to be evacuated in the event of an emergency.

  12. 12 Council Management Analyst Lisa Braxton reviewed the following agenda items as indicated:
  13. 13 Consent Agenda: 1. Ord. 2022-205 – retained on the Consent Agenda 2. Ord. 2024-094 – to be continued to Monday, July 22, 2024 3. Ord. 2024-097 – to be continued to Monday, June 24, 2024 Upon Councilors Cynthia Newbille and Ellen Robertson’s prior request, it was the consensus of Council to continue Ord. 2024-097 to the June 24, 2024 Council meeting later that evening during the Formal Session of Council. 4. Ord. 2024-124 – retained on the Consent Agenda 5. Ord. 2024-125 – retained on the Consent Agenda 6. Ord. 2024-130 – retained on the Consent Agenda 7. Ord. 2024-131 – retained on the Consent Agenda 8.
