  13. 8 Upon the President’s request, Deputy City Clerk RJ Warren provided information on the appropriate manner in which the Council Chamber is to be evacuated in the event of an emergency, along with public speaker guidelines.

  16. 10 (iii) An ordinance to amend Ord. No. 80-260-81-41, concerning the Beaufont Oaks Community Unit Plan, to amend the use of the parcel known as 6951 West Carnation Street to allow for multifamily use
  17. 10 Councilor Cynthia Newbille moved to suspend Rule V(B) of Council’s Rules of Procedure to allow a proposed resolution be heard through the adoption of a motion for expedited consideration by a vote of at least five members instead of six.
