To approve the issuance by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in amount up to $40,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the approximately 288-unit multifamily residential rental housing project to be known as Rady Flats at 2811 Rady Street in the city of Richmond. (6th District)

To approve the issuance by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in amount up to $45,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the approximately 234-unit multifamily residential rental housing project to be known as Joyfield at German School Road located at 250 East German School Road in the city of Richmond. (9th District)
