  6. 5 The purpose of this meeting is so that the members of the City Council may visit various businesses throughout the commercial corridor of Phoebus to engage with business owners and identify opportunities for continued vibrancy in the Phoebus area. The City Council will also conduct a closed session as reflected in the agenda.
