Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711 A (.1),(.3) and (.8) to discuss appointments as outlined on the agenda; to discuss the disposition of publicly held real property in the Buckroe and Grandview areas of the City where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City; and to consult with legal counsel regarding an existing lease agreement for certain vacant property in the City and to discuss provisions of the city code concerning inoperable vehicle storage which require the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
