Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code sections 2.2-3711 A .1, .3, and .8 to discuss appointments as listed on the agenda, the acquisition and/or disposition of publicly held real property in the areas of, Old Wythe and Coliseum Central where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City and consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by the City regarding specific legal matters related to Code of Virginia and/or City Code sections pertaining to housing, site plan, and storm water enforcement which require the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
