Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A.1, .3, .5 and .7 to discuss appointments as listed on the agenda as well as an appointment to the Cultural Alliance of Hampton Roads and to the Hampton Federal Area Development Authority, to discuss the disposition of publicly held real property in the area of Shell Road, to discuss a prospective business or industry or the expansion of an existing business or industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business’ or industry’s interest in locating or expanding its facilities in Hampton, and to consult with legal counsel employed or retained by the City regarding specific legal matters pertaining to HUD regulations which involve the advice of legal counsel.
