  1. 1 The July 1, 2026 Public Hearing Meeting of the Alexandria City Council is being held in the City Council Chamber at Del Pepper Community Resource Center (4850 Mark Center Drive, Room 1305, Alexandria, Virginia 22311) and electronically. Members of the City Council and staff are participating either in-person or from a remote location through a video conference call on Zoom webinar.
