We hope commenters will have the same goal striving to keep comments respectful, professional, and free from profanity, personal attacks, and indecency. 2. 5 Ordinance No. 24-26 a petition from CW Land Co/Matt Dean requesting an update to the Master Development Agreement for Copper Rim Planned Community and approving a Major Variation to the Council approved 2018 Copper Rim Preliminary Development Plan located at approximately 7516 South Copper Rim Drive.
3. 6 Ordinance No. 24-27 amending title 1-7-4 Duties of the Mayor and amending 1-7A-1 Duties of the CAO
4. 7 Items not requiring public discussion or which have previously been discussed may be adopted by one single motion. Council Members may request to pull an item for further discussion and consideration.
5. 8 The City Council may temporarily recess the meeting to convene in a closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; or the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205
