- 8.1 Consideration and approval of a Passenger Bus Stop Access and Use Agreement between the Utah Transit Authority and the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake County to allow the installation and continuing maintenance of a passenger bus shelter at the Granite Library located at 3331 South 500 East.
