Those not registered to speak will be given the opportunity to address the San Antonio Arts Commission at the next regularly-scheduled meeting. At any time during the meeting the San Antonio Arts Commission may recess into an executive session to discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
