  1. 1 The public is invited to an in-person meeting to provide comment on the proposal to consider adding the name of Andres D. Sarabia to the official name of the Las Palmas Branch Library.

  3. 1. Receive Public Comment on the proposal to consider adding the name of Andres D. Sarabia to the official name of the Las Palmas Branch Library. Information. [Linda Nairn, Chair, Naming Committee] 21-5199
  4. 4 Public comment may be provided as follows:
  5. 5 1. Submit written comments via email to SanAntonioPublicLibrary@sanantonio.gov with the subject line "Las Palmas Branch Library". Comments are limited to 300 characters and will be read for the records at the time of Public Comment. Please include your full name, home or work address and item number.
  6. 6 2. Drop off a written statement at Central Library, 600 Soledad, San Antonio, Texas 78205. The written statement can be up to 300 words. Please include your full name, home or work address. Submitted statements will be read for the record during Public Comment.
  7. 7 3. Leave a voice message of a maximum three (3) minutes by dialing 210 207 2595. Your message will be played during the meeting. Please include your full name, home or work address.
  8. 8 4. Attend in-person to provide public comment. Comments are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes. Organizations have a total of nine (9) minutes to speak if three (3) representatives are signed-up and waiting in queue for name to be called.
  9. 9 The Naming Committee Chair or Presiding Officer may reduce this time at his/her discretion.
