  1. 1 The Housing Commission is charged with overseeing and guiding the implementation of San Antonio’s Housing Policy Framework. As part of that charge, the Commission helps engage the public on this work.

  4. 4 To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the Housing Commission will hold this meeting as a hybrid in-person and telephone conference call.
  5. 5 This meeting's standards are based upon the current provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID-19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor. As of September 1, 2021, an in-person quorum is required. Once quorum is established, the following items will be considered no sooner than the designated times.
  6. 6 Participating in Public Comment
  7. 7 Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural rules governing the Housing Commission meetings and state law including: Comments must be made in relation to a specific agenda item. When signing up to speak the item number you which to comment on should be included. Comments must be made to the full commission rather than individual members of the commission. Public comment may be provided in English, Spanish, or another language through the any of the following methods:

Flores, San Antonio, TX 78204. Written statements can be up to 300 words. Please include your full name, email address, phone number, and the item number you wish to speak on if applicable. These will be read at the time the item is heard. Comments without an item number will be read during the Public Comment period at the beginning of the meeting.
