1. 1 To protect the health of the public and limit the potential spread of COVID-19, the San Antonio Arts Commission’s Centro de Artes Committee will hold this meeting via Webex. These meeting standards are based upon the various suspended provisions of the Open Meetings Act issued by the Texas Governor in response to the COVID-19 crisis. These modified standards shall remain in place until further notice or until the state disaster declaration expires or is otherwise terminated by the Texas Governor.

13. 17 NOTICE: Citizens that wish to speak before the committee must email their name and agenda item they request to speak on to Arts@SanAntonio.gov by 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021. Each individual will have a maximum of 2 minutes and each organization will have a maximum of 5 minutes to speak. Those not registered to speak will be given the opportunity to address the Committee at the next regularly-scheduled meeting. At any time during the meeting the Committee may recess into an executive session to discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071
