- F) Approval of Cynthia Foster, Leticia Martinez, and Randall Allsup to the three (3) City Resident seats with terms ending 11-30-2027, David Hubbard as the NBU appointed representative with a term ending 11-30-2027, and Chase Taylor as the Planning Commission appointed representative with a term ending 11-30-2027.
- G) Approval of the appointment of Justin Loehr for the position of River/Tourism Professional for the River Advisory Committee with a term ending 11-30-2027.
- H) Approval of the City Manager’s appointment of Paul Ericksen to the Civil Service Commission for a term ending November 30, 2027.
- I) Approval of two (2) Mayoral appointments of Mary Irwin with a term ending 11-30-2027 and Nathan Manlove with an unexpired term ending 11-30-2025 to the Partnership Committee.
- J) Approval of the appointment of Clara Montas, district 6, to the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board with an unexpired term ending 05-31-2026.

- A) Discuss and consider the appointment of one (1) City Resident position for the River Advisory Committee with a term ending 11-30-2027.
- B) Discuss and consider the appointments to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board of three (3) City Resident positions with two terms ending 11-30-2027 and one term ending 11-30-2025.
- C) Interview applicants and appoint one (1) individual to the New Braunfels Utilities Board of Trustees for a term ending November 30, 2029.
- D) Interview applicants and appoint three (3) individuals to the New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation with terms ending 11-30-2026.

- 31 In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Ch. 551, the City Council may convene in a closed session to discuss any of the items listed on this agenda. Any final action or vote on any executive session item will be taken in open session.
- 5. IF NECESSARY, RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION AND TAKE ANY ACTION RELATING TO THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
