12. B) Public hearing, discussion, and possible action approving a project expenditure, of up to $90,000, for the final design of Citywide Pedestrian Improvements - Phase 2, pursuant to Section 505.152 of the Texas Local Government Code. 24-1464
13. C) Public hearing, discussion, and possible action approving a project expenditure, of up to $1,500,000, for design and construction of the Kohlenberg Road Intersection Improvement project, pursuant to Section 501.103 of the Texas Local Government Code. 24-1558
14. D) Discussion and possible action to elect New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) for 2025 24-1559

16. 16 In accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, the Board reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning the items listed on this agenda to consult with its attorney. In addition, the Board may convene in executive session on any of the following items, with any final action being taken in open session:
