- A) Approval of the second and final reading of an ordinance to amend Section 126-381 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of New Braunfels to reduce the term of the resident river parking pass from 3 years to 1 year, and to authorize management and enforcement authority to include parking enforcement agents.
- 2. WORKSHOP
- A) Presentation and Annual Update, for the New Braunfels Housing Authority.
- B) Presentation on the Annual Benchmark Study for the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.
- C) Presentation on the FY 2023-24 People Report.
- D) Presentation and discussion on the results and recommendations from the Dry Comal Segment 2 & 3 Trail Feasibility Study.
- E) Presentation and discussion of the possible establishment of a Neighborhood Empowerment Zone and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone in the West End area of New Braunfels.
- 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
