10. A) Discuss and consider approval of an alternative scoring methodology for the Police Deputy Chief promotional examination and assessment centers conducted in May and July 2026, based on the interpretation of the applicable provisions of the Meet and Confer Agreement. 26-1046
11. B) Discuss and consider approval and certification of revisions to the Police Deputy Chief promotional eligibility list based on any alternative scoring methodology approved by the Commission. 26-1047
12. 7. EXECUTIVE SESSION
13. 13 The Commission shall retire into an Executive Session on any agenda item as provided under Chapter 551.074 and 551.071 of the Texas Government Code and/or Section 143.053(d) of the Texas Local Government Code, as applicable.
