  1. 1 Although attendance at the following event may not require this type of notice under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, in order to keep the public aware, notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a possible quorum of the Mansfield City Council will be traveling to Midlothian for the following: Informational tour of Founders Row. Notice of this trip is being given by the Mansfield City Council to advise the public that it is possible that a quorum of the Mansfield City Council may be present during this trip and one or more City Council members may take part in discussions related to city business that are incidental to this trip, however no formal discussions and/or action regarding City business have been or will be scheduled or taken throughout the trip. The purpose of the trip is for educational and informational reasons and will provide information for the purpose of future growth in the City of Mansfield.
