- 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the issuance of “Lubbock County, Texas General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024”; authorizing the sale thereof; and enacting provisions incident and related to the issuance of said bonds.
- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the Dedication Deed for the Lubbock County Medical Examiner’s Office.
- 16.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to accept the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Contract Time as referenced in the Agreement with Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. for Construction Manager-At-Risk dated April 10, 2023, for the construction of the Lubbock County Medical Examiner’s Office and identify as Amendment 1 to the Agreement.

- 18.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Letter of Agreement with American Range, LLC for the removal of lead at the firing range.
- 19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to ratify the signing of a Tenant Estoppel Certificate relating to property currently leased from BCKK Investment Group, Inc. and being sold to Will Wilkerson.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock Sheriff’s Office grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the State Homeland Security Grant-Grant for Lubbock County Regional SWAT Team-Team Equipment Upgrade in the amount of $75,000.00 for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 21.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock Sheriff’s Office grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Texas Office of the Governor-Rifle Resistant Body Armor Grant in the amount of $68,044.50 for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 22.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock Sheriff’s Office grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the State Homeland Security Grants Program-Grant for Lubbock County Mobile Operations Vehicle Technology Upgrade in the amount of $7,500.00 for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 23.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock Sheriff’s Office grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the State Homeland Security Grants Program-Grant for Regional Bomb Squad-Portable Equipment Upgrade in the amount of $65,000.00 for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 24.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving the submission of Lubbock Sheriff’s Office grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Texas Office of the Governor-Bullet Resistant Shield Grant in the amount of $8,961.30 for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 25.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding the Continuing Resolution 2 for FY 2024 Form FSA-338 for USDA Certified Mediation Program.
- 26.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a response to the State of Texas, Office of the Attorney General. This includes information on the programming, grant funding, statement of work, and access & visitation by the Office of Dispute Resolution.
- 27.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Sales Agreement and Addendum with Warren Cat for the purchase of a 2024 CAT 140 JY motor grader.
- 28.00 Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management report.
