- 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Tax Abatement agreement with Dura-Line LLC for the improvements of real property and purchases of new equipment for the property located at 904 Lubbock Business Park Boulevard, Lubbock, Texas.
- 15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to exempt the Small Government Enterprise Agreement Annual Subscription with the ESRI Corporation from competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Section 262.024(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code.
