- 7.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve Utility Permit #24-0026 and authorize the County Judge to sign the resolution to allow South Plains Telephone Cooperative, Inc. to install underground fiber optic telecommunications cable along the west side of CR 2600 from FM 1585 to East CR 7500.and crossing East CR 7500 at the intersection of CR 2600 in Precinct 2.

- 8.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve Utility Permit #24-0027 and authorize the County Judge to sign the resolution to allow South Plains Telephone Cooperative, Inc. to install underground fiber optic telecommunications cable along the west side of CR 2600 from East CR 7500 to East Woodrow Road in Precinct 2.
- 9.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve new appointment Salome Lopez and Jazzlyn Ledesma for a term ending December 31, 2026 as well as the reappointment of Katrina Ballentine, Dr. Mandy Guetersloh, Lindsey Diaz, Mary Duenes, Sandra Chatham, Kaylee Newbold and Christopher Lopez to serve on the Lubbock County Child Welfare Board for a two-year term ending December 31, 2025.

- 11.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an agreement with Accurate Air Solutions LLC., as awarded in ITB 240201 for Lubbock County Courthouse Air Handler Replacement on March 11, 2024.
- 12.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an agreement with Timshel Global Services for Commission Consulting Services for the new Medical Examiner’s Office.
- 13.00 Report on the status of the committee created to organize and create a compensation and pay band policy from Greg George, Director of Human Resources Department.
- 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Brokerage Service Agreement with McGriff Insurance Services, LLC for Employee Benefits Broker Services.
