- 19.00 Presentation and discussion on behalf of Ronnie Keister, Tax Assessor- Collector, regarding the Venue and Short Term Rental Tax collections.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve a request by the Mount Olive Baptist Church for the Juneteenth Celebration hosted in Precinct 2 for funding under Section 74.601 of the Texas Property Code, to counties for specific uses. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code. Section 381.044, will be used to promote the arts in our community.

- 22.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to award ITB 240402 Central Plant Parking Lot Pavement for Facility Maintenance.
- 23.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Consultative Services Agreement, Statement of Work and Addendum with Compliance Services Group, Inc. for Smoke Control Systems and Related Work for High-Rise Office Building at 916 Main Street.
- 24.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a modification to the Fire Sprinkler System Inspection agreement with Firetrol Protection Systems.
- 25.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Dedication Certificate and Stormwater Impoundment and Drainage Easement in relation to Lubbock County Industrial Park, Tract D.
- 26.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign Change Order #3 for the Court Residential Treatment Center Renovation-Phase IV in the amount of $23,471.14.
- 27.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Proposal and Addendum with Johnson Controls for a heating water system controller replacement at the Lubbock County Detention Center.
- 28.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Watch Systems, L.L.C. Master License Agreement, addendum and quote to add booking alert services to the existing Offender Watch registration.
- 29.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Inmate Telephone Services Agreement with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC dba ICSolutions.
- 30.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Hale County for the housing of Lubbock County inmates.
- 31.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to accept the donation of a 2009 Silver Haulmark Trailer from Jerry Diebert for the South Plains Auto Theft Task Force and designate the County Judge to sign any necessary documents needed.
- 32.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding a resolution approving submission of Lubbock County’s grant application, along with all other requisite documentation, regarding funding from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) on behalf of the South Plains Auto Theft Task Force (SPATTF) for the FY 2025 grant year and for the County Judge to sign and submit all necessary grant documents needed.
- 33.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the application for a request by the Commissioner’s Court to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for funds under Section 74.602 of the Texas Property Code, to counties for specific uses. The purpose of the funds is in compliance with the provisions of Section 381.004 of the Texas Local Government Code.
- 34.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the retail sales of fireworks for Memorial Day from May 22, 2024 to May 27, 2024.
- 35.00 Report on the status of the committee created to organize and create a compensation and pay band policy from Greg George, Director of Human Resources Department.
- 36.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding Personnel Actions for the Public Works Department regarding Road & Bridge Positions (Dept 190, Fund 020) to be effective June 1, 2024.
- 37.00 Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, signs, parks, and fleet management report.
